Established in 2025, The SLHappy Awards was funded by Beyond The Slap founder Terry Dunning along with his wife Casey. Terry has covered Slap Fighting since 2022 and is one of the very few to cover all major promotions of the sport on all continents of the globe and is one of the more knowledgeable podcasters covering the sport. Along with an unbiased commission, Terry heads the SLHappy awards and looks for years to come, recognizing the athletes and people who make this sport happen.
